Ethan ‘Pitchin’ Kitching is Molzi’s Chief Commercial Officer, having been a part of Molzi from the very beginning, he knows how to sell on Amazon like the back of his hand. Find out what the head honcho of everything sales related had to say about his job as part of the ever-expanding team of Molzi.
What does a typical working day look like?

Putting together quotes, reading through terms of agreements, signing NDAs (a lot of NDAs), LinkedIn activity, generating leads, pitching and assisting the sales team to help hit targets.

What kind of skills do you tend to use daily?

This is dependent on the day, sharing content and engaging on LinkedIn is probably the only consistent skill I use daily.

What is the best part of your day?

Pitching! I love to discuss Amazon with prospective clients. Whether they know a little or a lot about Amazon, the challenges are always different so coming up with solutions to help with those challenges is very rewarding.

What is the worst part of your day?

When I find that the sink is full of dirty washing (passive aggressive reminder).

What is the one key issue that you have noticed from your job that brands struggle with the most?

There is no one size fits all with any of the brands that we speak to so it is completely dependent on the brand and how they currently operate.

What do you love most about working at Molzi?

What I love most about Molzi is the fact that it allows all employees to have a say. There are always new ideas being thrown out by all different departments that are constructive and ensures we do the best possible job for our clients. Free food on a Monday is also a good win!
