Ecommerce Account Manager
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager, ideally with experience in ecommerce /retail and knowledge of SEO and/or PPC ads, to join our growing team based in Farnham, Surrey.

Who you are
We’re looking for a commercially savvy Account Manager to help consult and strategise with new and existing clients to ensure substantial growth on the designated marketplace.
You’ll be managing anywhere between 10-15 clients at a time and will not only need to become an Amazon expert but also have terrific knowledge of your brands. You will be overseeing a number of different areas that together help our clients win on Amazon such as; content optimisation, PPC & advertising, trading, reporting and analysis.
Ideally you have an analytical mindset, which helps you understand data and act on challenges/opportunities that have been spotted.

Skills and desired experience
- Knowledge of SEO and PPC ads – preferable
- Experience within ecommerce and/or retail
- Confident dealing directly with clients
- Confident decision maker
- Fluent in written and spoken English – other languages would be an advantage, especially German, French and Chinese
